I am experienced in environmental, power, and process engineering. Also experienced in implementing and overseeing National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits. Throughout my career, I've simplified and improved work processes using continuous improvement and development of tools. I've been promoted to increased responsibility roles with larger design responsibility, project leadership, and project management. I am a creative problem solver with proven innovative, cost-effective treatment designs that improve facility environmental compliance.
I have been homebrewing for over 15 years and have received multiple awards in area competitions (Drunk Monk, Charlie Orr, Babble Brew-off, and Brixtoberfest). I've recommended and implemented process improvements at Will County Brewing Company that improved brewery operations. I am a Certified Beer Judge Certification Program (BJCP) Judge with over 10 years of judging experience across competitions in the Midwest. I've completed multiple beer sensory analysis training sessions through Ale Connor and BJCP sponsored training.
